Why we are starting here.

Field & Pantry is starting in Miami Springs because hurricane season is not abstract here. It is part of how families plan, shop, store, wait, and recover.

The goal is simple: build a practical food reserve for real South Florida households. Not a fear-based product. Not a distant warehouse bucket. A local first batch of shelf-stable meals designed around the way families actually prepare when storms are possible.

The founding reservation list helps us understand who wants this first, how many boxes local families may need, and whether there is enough early support to move the first equipment purchase forward.

We are still pre-production. The equipment, final menu, calories, packaging, and launch timing will be confirmed before any full box is sold.
